Cranberry Turkey Breast Recipe
Perfectly seasoned and juicy turkey breast with a sweet cranberry glaze – an easy, flavorful dish for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- 1 boneless turkey breast (about 3–4 lbs)
- 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (14 oz)
- 1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Turkey: Place the boneless turkey breast in a roasting pan. Make sure the skin is facing up if it has skin. If it’s skinless, no worries!
- Mix the Sauce: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the whole berry cranberry sauce and the onion soup mix. Stir well until the soup mix is fully incorporated into the cranberry sauce.
- Coat the Turkey: Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the turkey breast, ensuring it’s fully coated. You can use a spoon or spatula to spread it evenly over the surface.
